About Us
Elizabeth Schulze is a practicing Architect, sole proprietor at Schulze Design - a small architectural practice in the Twin Cities of Minnesota, where she serves clients of all kinds.
a different perspective…
Elizabeth is originally from Nigeria, in West Africa. As a child of 7 she decided she wanted to be an Architect after seeing her Uncles’ self-designed home. Growing up, she got to experience different types of architecture, design approaches, climates and culture. Not only in Nigeria, but in other parts of the world.
This experience has driven her passion for designing, not for an Architect’s ego, but to address the needs of the client, in their place, space, and culture. By listening, learning and ultimately understanding, her goals are to help a client come to realize their vision in physical form.
Your goals, vision and priorities are what is important.
EDUCATION AND HISTORY…
Elizabeth graduated with a Masters of Architecture degree in 2003 from the University of MN, and has been a practicing Architect for over 10 years. She is registered in the state of Minnesota and South Dakota. Also passionate about sustainability, she is LEED BD+C accredited.
